    Modernizing vacation rental in Cannes

    Located on the French Riviera, Cannes has long been a tourist destination par excellence, so it’s no surprise that the city’s vacation rental industry has been well established for many years. That said, the market has changed a great deal over the last decade, and many of the big players are struggling to adapt to new opportunities and technologies.

    Gregory Gerson realized there was a gap in the market for a modern, nimble business that could take advantage of new tools and new ways of advertising – and Immogroom was born. Immogroom’s progressive approach to vacation rental management has seen great success in the last two years, to the point where the company has begun to encounter considerable logistical challenges as a result of its rapid growth.

In fact, when we got to about 60 properties we realized our system was breaking down.
